Half classic, half funky. Using up the rest of my Pils and Wheat. Hopped one with Sterling, other with Galaxy, but fucked up one of them.. Added a pound of table sugar to each batch. Batch 1 (Classic): 1oz Sterling @ 60 3 oz Galaxy @ 5 1 oz Sterling @ FO (Ugh, something like 50-55 IBUs) Batch 2 (funky): 3oz Galaxy @ 5 min 3 oz Galaxy @ FO 3 oz Galaxy 180* (Only about 35-40 IBUs) Cooled both overnight to 73* and pitched slurries.
