Last minute (after grains crushed) I wanted to lower ABV so I bumped up Batch to 6.4 (OG 1.058) and adjusted 1st hop from .5 to .6 Gordon note: We account for whirlpool isomerization at the brewery, so homebrewers may want to increase the 60-minute bittering addition. Orig recipe had 10.12 Pils and 2.12 Munich I think. I only ordered 10 lbs Pils so added a bit more Munich.
