Add 1gal boiling water to hit 160F b rest. Hold for 20 minutes. Copper up to 7gal, ad 1g CaSO4 to BK, Boil for 90 minutes. KO as cold as possible, oxygenate wort, pitch Bayern lager yeast at 51F.
OG Golden = 1.037 ~> 1.010 @ 6 days OG Leichtbier = 1.042 ~> 1.010-12 @ 8 days (moved to ambient 64*)
