After Reviewing notes and details from Belgian Wit brewday (6/10/21), I need to drop my preboil volumes. Last brew was a 90 minute boil with 14 gallons pre boil volume. ended with 11.75. 90 minutes for 2.25 gallons. Will test accuracy later with water.
