Fermented out to Brix 7 was about 2 litres short and measured 6.2 abv. Bit hazy for first week but cleared thereafter... had to change gas bottle halfway through so may have left out the finings ...excellent flavour and inviting gold colour ale.

First hazy IPA EVER. *Recipe corrected 2/10/2020 to reflect correct ABV. lol Think we may have boiled too long. Color is darker than expected/wanted and with high ABV this is basically a hazy double IPA. Flavor before carbonating is good!
