In the boil only use 1 kg dme. Ibu 41,1. Add homemade Amber candi in the end of the boil. THE yeast is harvested from a bottle ofta Rochester 10. 1tsp passionsfruit extract. Dryhop with a bag. Last two Flameout hops are actually a hop tea added to the fermenter.
