Version 4 of the Hefeweisen series is going with a name from a language that I've never heard of, Hausa, from the African continent. I will try this with Wheat 3 ways! Also, I want to see what happens with biotransformation with this strain of yeast.
Originally brewed for my 1st daughter's baptism party and then brewed a variant for my brother's wedding. This beer has been a hit.
