Quite a lovely hop-forward American Blonde/Wheat Ale. Very nice citrus hops and zest with low bready malt as a backbone. A slight tart note that makes it quite drinkable. The Saaz hops included here are actually Zabek hops - a higher AA version of Saaz - primarily to add spicy interest to the predominant orange/citrus profile.
Updating my Watermelon Wheat recipe a bit, including a pound of honey malt, acid malt, and changing ratios a bit.
