Maris and lite dry malt, Lutra yeast
50% RO. Strike with 3 gal, add 4g gypsum, 6mL phos to mash, target 150F. Acidify 5.75gal sparge water to 5.10 pH. Add 3g gypsum and 1g CaCl to kettle. Copper up to 7 gal, boil 75 minutes. 10 min WP, KO@66F, oxygenate wort, pitch OYL-011. Dry hop at kegging, hold warm for 2 days.
