First time making this recipe, I changed the bittering hop from Magnum to Columbus since I had some I needed to use. I really guessed at the IBU since I couldn't find a definitive source and I ended up going with about 50 IBU. I'm going with a huge dry hop of about 5 ounce for this beer. Brew day was smooth, mash temp settled at 152 and stayed with a tenth of degree over 90 minutes. Ended with 6 gallons into the fermenter at 1.052. Loosely based on Tallgrass Brewing 8 Bit Pale Ale. I like the beer and have some Galaxy hops, so I used the info on their website as a guideline. Kept the IBU's and ABV the same or close enough.
