A simple SMaSH beer made with 2 lbs of Maris Otter and 2 oz of Azacca Hops Fermented w/ OYL-057 Omega HotHead Ale Yeast. 0.50 oz Azacca hops used at 5-min. 0.75 oz Azacca hops used at flameout. 0.375 oz Azacca Hops used in Whirlpool at 165° F for 10 min. Remaining 0.375 oz Azacaa Hops used in a 12 oz, 160° F start temp, 15 min steep hop tea put directly into the fermenter. Let hop tea naturally cool down for the 15 min steep.
