West Coast IPA with Barbarian yeast for a NE Style
Second attempt at an IPA. Switching up hops from first attempt to reduce IBU and simplifying grain bill. Also mashing at slightly higher temp to increase FG. Only added sugar to increase OG a bit and I only had 3 lbs of Vienna instead of 3.5 or 4 and needed a slight boost.
