Simple Vienna/Waimea SMaSH. Mash at 154F for 60 minutes, boil 60 minutes following hop schedule. Ferment at 66-68F, then raise to 70F to ensure attenuation.
One of the more unique takes on the Black IPA. Dark and roasty at first, but the wave of mandarin orange comes rushing through in both flavor and aroma. Don't 'b' ridiculous - this IPA is as 'sharp' as it gets!
