American IPA with new (to me) hop varieties. Expect oranges and tangerines from 007: guava, melon, apricot and citrus fruit from Medusa. Barley and red wheat for color. Carapils for head. Neutral yeast - want to get all the fruit from hops not yeast.

I was targeting a higher IBU, but didnt input hop amounts into recipe creator and was doing a rough estimate from Amirillo to Cascade for AAs. Target IBU of the original recipe that I modified was 50 IBU. I still have to dry hop so hopefully the end result will be to my liking. The first attempt at dry hopping a similar recipe ended up being good but pretty intense.
