Hit 1.070, not sure how. Had initially a high temp, 158, cooled with pint of cold water, got to 152, put in oven for 30 min, took out. (original calc was 1.061 at 75%, 5 gallon. Got 4.5 gallons of 1.070, Adjusted by adding 1/2 gallon water for 5 gallons of 1.063) FG was 1.010, super attenuative!

Actual OG 1.063. Fermenting at 74F to try and get finished by July 4th. Primary for 3 days. Bubbled 1/min. Measured 1.012 FG. racked to secondary and added 1oz of Simcoe.
