switch Cascade for Mighty Axe Julius hops
All are homegrown wet fresh hops brewed within 12 hours of harvest. The hops were reasonably dry (papery) when picked. Multiply the bittering hops by 4 to get the actual addition wt. of wet hops. (Dry hops were estimated about 25% of the weight of fresh). Flameout hops are shown as actual weight. The whirlpool (flame-out) hops were steeped in the mash tun with 180F wort for 45 minutes. 19 ounces of total wet hops in this batch (not 13 as shown below).
