American Amber Ale
literally all my leftovers tossed in together, in a marzen-amber-rauch-ish like beer
Recipe culled from several variants. Using Pumpkin Pie Spice is a shortcut and makes things easier all around. I added an extra dash of nutmeg to let that flavor be a bit more pronounced. 10542/1603, 5835/10550, 10547, 10605, 10555, 1511, 10089
I have been working on for some time now and I continue to tweak on it. I started with an American Amber Ale recipe, but I do no know what style I have ventured to now LOL. I biab. Its full flavored, yet balanced and very drinkable. Also easy to brew and inexpensive.
