Varmet vann, dyppet crystal malt til ønsket farge. Kokte opp. Tilsatte laktose og sukker samt litt sitron og ingefær. Kjølte ned. Gjæret. Tilsatte resten av sitron og ingefær etter stormgjæring. Gjæret på ca 18 grader. Tok over 14 dager. Bør gjæres varmere. Tilsatte ca 30g ingefær på dag 14 da det var svak smak. Tilsatte yttligere 600g laktose under flasking.
