SHELTER IN PLACE India Pale Ale - utilizing a bit of a "hop cocktail" of old inventory I had kicking around in my hop freezer. AA% on Mt Hood addition was adjusted to reflect loss from age (originally 5.5%), which to give an idea - they are in Hop Union packaging! The El Dorado are second oldest but MUCH fresher. And the quantity of this hop is unknown but I'm sure it's at least .9 oz. The actual weight is 1.27 oz, as the pack contains some random "brew-day-leftover" pellets I clearly remember ...

What Styles Are These Recipes?
It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
There are plenty of great homebrew recipes that fall into this category and they should not be overlooked.
