based on previous congress street inspired beer. upped the hops a bit to 6oz each CTZ and Simcoe mash at 150F for 60 min 1/2 Whirlfloc tablet (10 min.) 2 tsp yeast nutrient don't forget sugar not part of mash (for grain weight) WP hops 170F for 30min will follow recommendation byo recipe with 200:100 sulphate:chloride

I brewed with 0.5oz of hops (except the bittering hop which stayed at 1oz) and this beer came out as a nice summer crusher. Nice and light with a good amount of bitterness, but more similar to a pale ale than a full blown ipa. I say what ever you're in the mood for wether it be a lighter beer or a beer with more hop presence, the difference is just adding 1oz at each time outlined in the recipe, or not.
