from vermont cult clones recipes article mash at 152F. OG target is 1.074 NEIPA water profile yeast nutrient and half tab whirlfloc sugar is late addition boil WP for 30 minutes, no temp given but say 180F dry hop in the recipe seems low to me, upping to 3oz then 2oz keg hop.
