For the winter version of this kveik, I'm upping the gravity and will assume lower efficiency. With the longer boil time, the color will end up far darker than estimated and there will probably be some kettle carmelization as well. It's meant to be a beast for the dark times.

What Styles Are These Recipes?
It's not uncommon for a homebrewer to craft a homebrew recipe that does not satisfy the specific guidelines of the BJCP style guidelines. For example, a homebrewer might make an IPA recipe and decide they want it to be more bitter or darker than the defined style.
