First real try at a Hazy for Judy. Cross between Weldwerks and Hazy Little thing recipes. Wheat malt is Rahr White Wheat malt. Hop schedule per Weldwerks, grain bill a mixture. Yeast per internet research and brewer reviews. Flame out hops are actually done in Whirlpool starting at 205F after flame out. Whirlpool for 20 minutes with ambient cooling then apply immersion cooler after whirlpool to 80F. Time TBD. Hop adds at 20 minutes, 10 minutes and 0 minutes of whirlpooling. Bitterness ...
