Lowest ABV ever. 1.5 ABV target. 5 malts, most ever. Typical water profile and hopping schedule. Basically trying to get max flavor from all aspects (malt, hops, yeast). Higher expected efficiency because thinner mash, changed water addition amount for mash due to fewer grains. Strike temp 165, mash temp 160. More boil off than usual. Nailed gravity, pH slightly low.
