Reducing mineral additions slightly, adding a flameout addition (as it's cooling), doing a smaller first boil addition but making it 20min, then a bigger 10m addition, more Munich, less pale, needs some sweetness so adding c-15. Everything went exactly as planned. Good yeast activity at 20hr. Still going at 48hr. After 3 days, it's at 2.4 Brix. Shook the fermenter to get the first dry hop to drop.
