Fill carboy with filtered water then add 6lbs of honey. Crush the 12.5 oz of frozen cranberries first then put into fermenter with whatever juices. Then pitch yeast. Ferment for 1 month. Then transfer to secondary fermenter after cleared. Bottle half, Secondary ferment rest with oak chips for one more month.
