- Primary fermentation 7 days
- Secondary fermentation, rack from primary onto 9lbs of thawed frozen peaches in 6.5 gallon carboy
- Peaches soaked in 750ml of Pinnacle Peach vodka for 4 days strained and place in secondary
- Secondary fermentation 7 day
