Special Instructions
- PH 5.32, Sulfate: 131, Chloride: 98, Calcium: 91, Magnesium: 6, Sodium: 31
- Mash at 154 for more sweetness, IBU reduced slightly
- Flameout hops whirlpool for 20 mins
- 130 ppm chloride, 75 ppm sulfate, but there is flexibility here. Overall go for more chloride than sulfate if you want that softer mouth feel (along with those flaked oats/wheat). Also consider swapping the 2 row for golden promise.
- Ferment at 64F fo 3 Days, 68F for 2 Days and 74F for 8 Days
- Add DME prior to boil.
- Carb at 32 psi for 2 days plus 1 at 20psi. Then set to 14psi
- Add 2oz comet hops in keg.
