Special Instructions
- Spread pumpkin out in baking pan
- Bake pumpkin @ 350F for 45-60 min until darker
- Let pumpkin cool down
- Add: 3/4 tsp Lactic acid to mash water - Target pH of 5.3
- Add: Campden tablet to mash water
- Heat strike water to: 168F
- Dough In and WITH PUMPKIN
- Mash 60 min
- Begin 60 min boil
- Boil Add: First hop addition (not in bag) @ 60 min
- Boil Add: Irish moss @ 20 min
- Boil Add: Brown Sugar @ 15 min
- Boil Add: Yeast nutrient @ 10 min
- Boil Add: Wort chiller @ 10 min
- Boil Add: Last hop addition (not in bag) @ 5 min
- Boil Add: McCormicks Pumpkin Pie Spice @ 5 min
