Special Instructions
- 1M pitch rate, increase dissolved oxygen.
- 20 gallon mash.
- 50 ppm Chloride, 25 ppm Sodium, 25 Sulfate ppm.
- 0.09 g/Gal CaCl2, 0.16 g/Gal NaCl, 0.09 g/Gal Gypsum.
- 5.4 mash pH; 5.5 sparge pH.
- 1.45 mL/Gal Phosphoric acid in mash; 1.5 mL/Gal in sparge.
- Add sugars with 15 mins left in boil.
- Add spiced pumpkin mix with 5 mins before KO.
- Add vanilla at kegging.
