Special Instructions
- 3.33 oz. cacao nibs and 3 oz medium toast oak cubes
- Soak oak cubes, vanilla bean, and nibs in bourbon one week, add to secondary
- 3.33 oz Sumatra coffee, make cold brew for 24 hours
- Add coffee at bottling/kegging
- Bottle with 3 oz corn sugar
- Age beer 4 weeks minimum
- Hopheads=double 60 min. and 15 min. hop
- Hopheads= or just urinate directly into wort
- Use Makers Mark Bourbon for best results
